Rawalpindi: Five terrorists were killed in an exchange of fire with security forces during the operation in Khoshab.
According to ISPR, terrorists opened fire on a post of security forces in the Hoshab area of Balochistan. After successfully repulsing the attack, the security forces continued to pursue the fleeing terrorists in the nearby mountains of Balur.

Meanwhile, the security forces also used aerial surveillance and surrounded the fleeing terrorists. During the operation, a fierce exchange of fire took place between the terrorists and a party of security forces in which five terrorists were killed.
According to the ISPR, a cache of arms and ammunition has also been recovered from the terrorists and security forces are conducting an operation to track down the terrorists who escaped in the adjoining areas.
The ISPR has said that the security forces are committed to working with the nation to thwart attempts to sabotage the peace, stability, and development of Balochistan.
