KARACHI, Pakistan, Aug 20 (thePublikum) – Pakistan’s President Arif Alvi exposed via a Tweet on Sunday that he had actually refused to sign into the two proposed bills called Offical Secret Act and Army Act Amendment bills, which could give authorities more power to prosecute people for acts against the state and military.

Both houses of Pakistan’s parliament have already passed the bills, whereas, after the disclosure of President Alvi, the bills will stay in an ambiguous position but surely would not be considered “Laws” according to the Constitution of Pakistan now.

Its quite clear in the Constitution of Pakistan that no Bill will be considered Lawful without the Signatures of the President. However, now that the “passed bill” was forged with the deception of the President’s signatures, and the Parliament has been desolved in wake of the upcoming elections, the Bill should not be considered as Passed.

Forged Signatures of the President, A serious crime according to the Constitution of Pakistan:

All this calls for a Legal battle and according to PTI Lawyers, they are approaching the Supreme Court in this regard by Monday. A thorough investigation is pertinent in this view. A huge and serious crime according to the Constitution of Pakistan, whoever forged the President’s signature.
