Lahore: Before the departure of the national team to Sri Lanka, Chairman Management Committee Chairman Zaka Ashraf telephoned the national team captain Babar Azam.
Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) Chairman Management Committee Zaka Ashraf expressed good wishes for the national cricket team, and said that it is expected that the team will achieve success in the tour of Sri Lanka and the Asia Cup.
Chairman PCB Zaka Ashraf also discussed with captain Babar Azam regarding Asia Cup, Babar Azam congratulated Zaka Ashraf on assuming the post of Chairman Management Committee.
The captain of the national cricket team, Babar Azam, said that Pakistan had won the Asia Cup in his previous tenure, this time too he will bring the Asia Cup to Pakistan.
Captain Babar Azam while talking to Zaka Ashraf added that he will leave no stone unturned to take the team further up.
It should be noted that the Pakistan cricket team will leave for Sri Lanka at 10:30 tonight, the first test match between Pakistan and Sri Lanka will start on July 16 in Galle, while the second test will be played in Colombo from July 24.
